Members reflected on what they learned about themselves and COVID-19, with many sharing that despite preventive efforts, the virus can still strike and at-home tests may not catch it early, sometimes showing positive results days after symptoms begin. Several members emphasized the importance of listening to your body, resting without guilt, staying hydrated, taking vitamins, and accepting that healing happens at its own pace rather than pushing through exhaustion. A recurring theme was the varied impact of COVID, from mild cases among vaccinated individuals to long-lasting fatigue and weakness that lingers for months, met with encouragement to fight, have faith, and seek proper medical testing and treatment.

Even if you are vaccinated, you will get covid. I did. Although, I'm happy to say it was very mild. Like a regular virus.
