After losing my father people said you get over it, Mmmm. For me it left a hole inside of me and I have tried to focus on all the positives left in my life, wife, kids and my mother. I reminisce over old photos and they bring back good memories. I wish you the best and try focus on the small good things you have.

Hi Varsha, difficult one, depression more than often requires professional help, I wish I had a quick fix to this, it something I'm also struggling with.
Sometimes it helps to talk about how you're feeling, a good cry always helps too.
