My Taste And Smell Has Not Returned

I got COVID in August 2021 and smell and taste has been distorted since. Things that we were once delicious are now revolting. I am unable to smell perfumes, fried foods, coffee and a lot more. Does anybody have advice?

it does take a while to get taste and smell back. some things still taste bad to me and i had covid 5 months ago
