I used a teaspoon of raw honey🐝 every morning!! It seemed to help my congestion!! I'm not a Dr. so don't know. Maybe my imagination!!? But I was sick of coughing 24/7 and being congested, so I used honey along with that plastic thing called "AIRLIFE" that the Hospital sends you home with, and got it all out of my lungs!!!!🌻
