Hi Richard since recovering from covid many have claimed they are not the same person, but your pain may have another underlaying cause , I know mine is RA and my Ra specialist has now put me onto biologics, and I am being prayerful, I have had severe back spasms that extend into my legs and feet,so I got some muscle relaxers and it seems to have helped a bit, but makes me drowsy Doloris

Same problem here and doctors in SA don't seem to have any answers neither are they diagnosing "long covid"
