I had long Covid for about a year. Was hospitalised for a week. All symptoms cleared up after my 2nd Phizer shot. It is 6 months later and I have been doing relatively light exercise. On Saturday we did a hike in the mountain and I pushed myself to the limits, thinking nothing of it. I was so tired after that and have dyspnea very badly. Could this be long Covid returning or just a phase my body needs to regulate itself. (I had double pneumonia). Thank you
Has any of you ladies found that post covid, you have difficulty balancing with heels, and your legs just feel like jelly? It's been a year 6 months and I still have this problem 😔 I walk and run, a few times a week, so my legs are quite strong...
I am recently out of the hospital after 3 week of covid, I have no taste, I only eat because I know I have to, how long is this going to last, just the thought of eating makes me gag. Plus I am using a walker as my leg muscles lost their strength, I am coming along, but was wondering if anyone knew about how long it will take? And did covid cause intestinal problems? Thank you for any help.
Based on research, long Covid is an endothelium disease. Watch the videos below for more. I met with Dr Laubscher on 25/11 and started the treatment. As I have long Long Covid (29 months) it might take 4-6 months of treatment. Treatment is to get rid of the microclots and platelets so that my endothelium can start healing. Extremely grateful that there is now a proper diagnosis, blood test that shows the microclots and platelets in my blood and treatment
