Members shared practical strategies for managing COVID-related brain fog, with many recommending mentally stimulating activities like crossword puzzles, Sudoku, Words With Friends, reading, solitaire, Lumosity brain games, and even crochet to keep the mind active and engaged. Several members emphasized that time and patience are essential, with experiences ranging from brain fog lifting after about a month to lingering for many months, though most reported gradual improvement and episodes becoming shorter and less frequent. A recurring theme was finding gentle humor in the frustrating symptoms, staying hopeful that recovery will come, and remembering that even challenging phases have an end.

I don't really have any tips, except time seems to help. I had covid at the beginning of October, and it was essentially November before the fog started to lift. Now, I am basically back to normal.

I read a lot, and play brain-stimulating video games like Lumosity. I also crochet, but get easily frustrated because it's difficult for me now to keep count of stitches and rows.
