I used oils my hair is thin to begin with it has actually been better than it was before I also started taking collagen with peptides. Hope all goes well with you Hugs

I had long gray hair hanging down to my shoulders and lost it all after Covid in 2021, strangley I was not scared as 5weeks in hospital and near death I asked myself what could be worse than this. I looked an 82yr and did not know who the person in the mirror was. My family never mentioned how I looked and this helped a great deal, my neighbors did not recognise me when I returned home when I greeted them. I did the best thing possible prayed to God for help to accept what had happened, I called my cousin to come over and cut the few strands left.............and miraculously my hair started growing back at a good pace. I still keep it short as I find it tedious to cope with the attention long hair needs. Thankfully I stopped coloring my years about 10yrs ago and it is amazing how much respect you gain from being a senior citizen. I will be 70yrs in Sept, I am on Methotraxate and having to deal with the side effects does not leave much time to worry about growing my hair. Hang in there take the plunge and cut it al off and believe.

The Traditional Chinese Medicine herbalist I consulted suggested that I use Chinese Herbal shampoo by Blue Poppy. It's pricey. I don't know if it stopped the hair falling but what I have grown back is healthy and not as thin as it had gotten.
