I see the Pulmonologist 3 times a year and take Cortisone tablets daily. My oxygen level sits around 95%. I have been experiencing lower oxygen levels in the evening and in the morning when I wake up. My Pulmonologist has suggested lung replacement, but said that it is not very successful. Has anyone else experienced what I have and if so, do you have any suggestions?

Long haul covid does last I'm 2 years now
Any one discover that after they had covid started to develop other complications such as COPD.
Yes it's better than it was but I still am scared to get any thing like bronchitis or pnuenmia not sure if my lungs could handle that again

So I got covid in December 2021 and was eventually hospitalized due to complications. Contracted covid again end Seotember 2023 and hospitalised again. My lung function has improved dramatically but on 7 types of meds a day as I have uncontrollable asthma. Been home for 3 weeks and back at work but fortunately i work from home. Suddenly on Wednesday I coughed up blood for the first time in my life. Still waiting to hear from specialist. Has this happened to you?

My whole house had covid we all got better except my husband he went to the hospital and was told he had pneumonia they sent him home and he passed away about 24 hours later. I have seen many people develop blood clots when they have pneumonia so I am trying to figure out wjy the Doctor did not see this?
